L'histoire
DIMRI YAMA est le premier projet de Y.H. Dimri à Sde Dov, assemblé après l'achat par l'entreprise du lot 107 au groupe Hanan Mor, tombé en faillite, pour 1,1 Md₪ en juillet 2024 : un terrain que Mor avait initialement remporté pour 1,5 Md₪. Quatre bâtiments abritent 458 logements, du studio au cinq-pièces, avec une composante hôtelière et une décoration intérieure signée Kelly Hoppen. La commercialisation a démarré en décembre 2025 à partir de 3,75 M₪ pour un deux-pièces.
- 40 des 458 logements vendus au 30 juin 2026 : neuf au premier trimestre 2026, dont quatre à la famille Dimri, puis aucune vente et une annulation au deuxième trimestre ; deux de plus après la période (Calcalist, 20 août 2026)

- Globes: how many Sde Dov homes actually sold in the first half of 2026
Globes: seven projects are now marketing in the district, with first occupancy still expected in 2029. RAINBOW sold 7 homes in the first half of 2026, 3 of them in the second quarter, against 59 in all of 2025 and 99 in 2024, and DIMRI YAMA had sold about 41 of its 458 homes. Hagag's sales and marketing costs rose to ₪10.8 million in the half, from ₪4.2 million a year earlier.
- The nine Sde Dov plots with PFAS indications are named for the first time
Globes: the Environment Ministry named the nine plots where PFAS indications were found: 103, 105, 106, 107, 301, 303, 2206, 2207 and 2102. Globes matched them to developers, among them lot 103 (Nahmias, UTOPIA), lot 107 (Y.H. Dimri, DIMRI YAMA), lot 2206 (Gindi Holdings), lot 106 (Shikun & Binui), lots 2207 and 2102 (Prashkovsky) and lot 301 (Hadas Capital). The ministry said results will be published once the investigation reports are approved.
