Le plan directeur divise le quartier en trois complexes : Mitcham Eshkol (sud, d'après la rue Levi Eshkol), Mitcham Merkaz (central) et Mitcham Tzafon (nord). « Mitcham Einstein » est la poche près de la rue Einstein. Au sud, Eshkol s'appelle aussi Shchunat Eshkol, le quartier Eshkol. Projets, appels d'offres et stations de tramway se décrivent tous par complexe.
