Marlog est l'abréviation de merkaz logisti. Le lot 306 à Eshkol est le hub logistique du quartier plus des bureaux, remporté par Pangaea Sde Dov (un véhicule d'Israel Canada) lors d'un appel municipal en août 2024. L'idée : les camionnettes s'arrêtent au marlog au lieu de circuler dans les rues nouvelles. La presse a noté que même ce bâtiment est dessiné pour ressembler à un projet de luxe.
