- À ne pas confondre avec
- Two related but separate companies share the Aviv name. Melisron is the listed landlord. The original Aviv Group, run by Moshe Aviv's children Doron Aviv and Daphna Harlev, sold its urban-renewal arm to Melisron in two tranches between 2022 and 2024 for ₪1.25B, which is where the Aviv by Melisron brand comes from. The Aviv Group is separately pursuing its own raise of about ₪1.5B. Ask which legal entity signs the contract.
