₪748,403,181 for the land plus ₪59,312,386 development on 6,153 sqm, 26 bids, won jointly by Electra Residence Ltd and Nahor Ltd (Dan Real Estate). The land bid was about 27.8 per cent below the ₪1.04B appraisal.

Electra's annual report, published in the week of 25 March 2026, discloses 73 SEVEN SEAS homes sold for about ₪635M including VAT, purchase offers and signed contracts together, of which 28 were signed contracts for about ₪330M. That is around ₪80,000 per sqm including VAT and about ₪8.7M per home, with more than 60 per cent of buyers foreign residents. No later sales figure was found in the coverage of Electra's second-quarter 2026 results.
Ynet: the Tel Aviv-Jaffa local committee approved the design plan for SEVEN SEAS by Electra Residence and Dan Real Estate on Central lot 2208: 437 homes in towers of 45 and 20 storeys, with about 3,500 sqm of employment space and 2,200 sqm of commerce.
Central-district winners are named for 4,191 units and about ₪6B: land about 40% cheaper than the 2021 record. Gindi, Hagag, Electra + Dan, Luzon Ronson, Israel Brothers, and A.A.I. Abu + Tomer Koko are on the list.
