In 2018 a dispute between the Gindi brothers and a co-owner of a 5-dunam plot in west Herzliya HaYeruka led to receivership proceedings; the plot was sold to Yossi Avrahami.

Its 92-unit Einstein Street project with Rami Shabiro is on Gush HaGadol land adjacent to Sde Dov, not on a Sde Dov complex lot. The March 2025 losing bid for lot 104 is by Chen & Itai Gindi, not Gindi Holdings. Project TLV lists the group's lot as 3104; the tender results give 3107.

Bat Yam hotel plan cancelled
In January 2024 the Tel Aviv district planning committee cancelled a plan by the Shabiro group and Chen & Itai Gindi for a 20-storey hotel with 220 rooms and 60 homes near the Bat Yam shoreline, ruling that it harmed the coastline.
