Controlled, with about 89.84 per cent, by the Ravad Holdings Shares partnership of Roi George Gil's Shahar Gibor Yazamut and Yehuda Saig's Neot Alma with other partners; Gil and Saig bought control in May 2022 from Yonel Cohen and Itzik Oz. A September 2026 plan to dissolve the partnership and buy out the public at ₪8.94 a share (a ₪234M valuation) failed on 23 September 2026 when acceptances covered only 4.62 per cent of the capital, so control is unchanged and the shares still trade. Antokolsky 2: dispute with the ILA and a partner, project put up for sale

Ravad's Antokolsky 2 project (94 homes) received a building permit on 7 December 2025 but cannot be marketed or built until a permit-fee demand from the Israel Land Authority, about ₪88M at the end of 2025, is settled; the ILA agreed to issue an updated assessment by 20 October 2026. Ravad is also in arbitration with its minority partner. In August 2026 the board decided to sell the land. The project's bank loan of about ₪113.9M, due 30 June 2027, is guaranteed by Ravad alone, and Ravad has written down the land by a cumulative ₪35.4M. None of this concerns lot 305 directly, but it bears on the company's resources.

Failed buyout, delisting still possible

The controlling group's full tender offer of September 2026 failed on 23 September 2026 and the sale of the partnership's holdings was cancelled by consent. The offerors had said they reserve the option to delist Ravad through a reverse triangular merger.
