A May 2025 sponsored Ynet feature describes Ofra Hadad as a vice president and one of the owners. No retrieved source gives a current shareholding.

Labour ministry safety sanction, 2018

On 30 July 2018 the labour ministry fined the company ₪20,220 at a residential project on Taleh Street, Neve Yaakov and north Pisgat Ze'ev, Jerusalem, for failing to notify the regional labour inspector that the site's work manager had been replaced; its appeal was rejected.
