יוסי אברהמי עבודות הנדסה אזרחית היא יזמית וקבלנית ישראלית הפעילה מתחילת שנות ה-80, בבעלות 90 אחוז של יוסי אברהמי ו-10 אחוז של לאומי פרטנרס מנובמבר 2025. היא זכתה במגרש צפון 3109 במכרז שנסגר ב-26 במרץ 2025, בתשלום של ₪277.0 מיליון עבור הקרקע בתוספת ₪25.2 מיליון פיתוח עבור 144 יחידות. התכנון שלה, בידי כנען שנהב אדריכלים, מגדל בן 20 קומות עם בנייני ביניים ומסחר בקומת הקרקע, עבר את פורום מהנדס העיר במאי 2026; עד 28 בספטמבר 2026 טרם פורסמו אישור תוכנית עיצוב, שם פרויקט או מכירות.

No Sde Dov page, price list or English material has been published. In April 2025 Avrahami told Globes he expected average prices of ₪85,000 to ₪90,000 per sqm because of the sea proximity; that is a company statement, not a price list.
