תשלוז, חברת ההשקעות הפרטית של יצחק תשובה, זכתה במגרש צפון 3102 ב-26 במרץ 2025 באמצעות תשלוז השקעות ואחזקות בע״מ: 177 יחידות על מגרש קו ראשון של 4,702 מ״ר תמורת ₪536.4 מיליון כולל פיתוח, אחד המגרשים הבודדים בסבב שנסגר מעל השומה. לא דווח על תוכנית עיצוב, אדריכל, שם פרויקט או שיווק עד ספטמבר 2026. בנפרד, תשובה הציע עד ₪1.5 מיליארד עבור קרקע חנן מור באשכול ב-2024, לאחר הצעת י.ח דמרי של ₪1.1 מיליארד.
