לא לבלבל עם: Its 92-unit joint project with Chen & Itai Gindi (4.7 dunams, won 2021 for ₪469M including VAT) is on Gush HaGadol land that Globes describes as 'very close to' Sde Dov, not on a lot in the three Sde Dov complexes. Not Shapir (Shapir Engineering and Shapir Housing), which holds North lot 3207; the names are close in English.

Class action over Mechir LaMishtaken homes declined

Two buyers in Mechir LaMishtaken projects in Rosh HaAyin asked to certify a class action against Rami Shabiro and its sister company Dor-El, alleging homes delivered below the tender specification and excess charges. The district court declined in 2025, ruling that such claims must be pursued individually under the Sale (Apartments) Law.

Israel Land Authority action over a sales office, 2015

In May 2015 the Israel Land Authority acted against Rami Shabiro after the company built the sales office for a Ramat HaSharon project on land that had not been allocated to it.

Bat Yam hotel plan cancelled

In January 2024 the Tel Aviv district planning committee cancelled a plan by the Shabiro group and Chen & Itai Gindi for a 20-storey hotel with 220 rooms and 60 homes on an 11-dunam lot about 300 m from the Bat Yam shoreline, ruling that it harmed the coastline.
