The story

UTOPIA sits on about five dunams at Eshkol lot 103, near the S.Y. Agnon / Levi Eshkol junction, for Nahmias Group (via Nof Ironi Yazamut). Claude Nahmias won a RAMI tender for the lot and finished consolidating ownership in December 2024. Construction started in October 2025 on 337 apartments across a 34-story tower, a 15-story tower, and two seven-story buildings.
