Tender cost uses the original tender units, which may differ from today's project. It can include development costs. Each cost keeps its date and source wording. Delivery years are published targets, not guarantees.

Why is a price missing?
We show a starting price only when the project registry records one. Average sales prices and prices per square metre do not establish a whole apartment price.
Is the land cost an apartment price?
No. It is the recorded tender consideration divided by the homes in that tender. It may include development costs and does not include the finished apartment.
Can I share my comparison?
Yes. Select two to four projects and copy the link. The project slugs are saved in the address so another reader can open the same selection.
