The story

ASHIRA is the first project out of the ground on the old airfield — Avisror Moshe & Sons' memorial to founder Moshe Avisror, the name meaning "Song of the Sea." It won lot 101 in the record August 2021 tender, laid the district's first cornerstone in November 2024, and received a full building permit in March 2026. The plot itself tested clean of PFAS, a distinction later coverage treated as a competitive advantage.
