The story

Palace Sde Dov is Azrieli Group's senior-living project on Central lot 2104, a 4.5-dunam plot on Zohara Levitov boulevard opposite the planned Reut rehabilitation hospital. The land was won on 19 February 2025 by Palace Ra'anana Senior Housing Ltd for ₪595.2M including development. The design plan by Brand Architects, the first senior-housing plan approved in the district, was approved on 18 February 2026: about 320 apartments, a 12-bed nursing ward and a long list of shared facilities. Azrieli expects to complete it in 2030 at a cost of ₪1.2B to ₪1.3B including land. Residents will occupy under the deposit-and-licence model used across the Palace chain.
