The story

Chen & Itay Gindi named the project 'Gindi Sde Dov' on its website on 8 April 2025, two weeks after a group of business owners organised under its lead won seafront lot 3107 in the North complex for ₪208.8M plus ₪15.5M development. The company describes two 9-storey buildings with 82 homes on the first line to the sea, designed by Moshe Tzur Architects, and lists the project as in planning with a waiting list. Calcalist reported that most of the homes belong to the company and will be sold on the open market, and that the group's bid ranked fourth before higher bidders who had won other lots were struck out. No prices, plans or design-plan approval had been published by 28 September 2026.
