Shikun & Binui holds two long-term rental projects in Eshkol via the government company Dira LeHaskir: 324 units on lot 109 (December 2021 tender) and 511 units on lot 106 (April 2022 tender). Lot 109 received a building permit in December 2025; lot 106's revised design was approved in September 2025. The company also won in the North-district tenders in partnership with Shapir.
