Metropolis (Allied Real Estate)
Metropolis is the residential and urban-renewal arm of Allied Real Estate and one of three equal partners in ZOHI, 230 homes on Eshkol lot 110, with Levinshtein and Mivne; the three paid ₪634M plus ₪26M development in August 2021. ZOHI opened pre-sales in January 2026 and had 63 signed contracts by 30 June 2026. Metropolis holds no other Sde Dov lot.
