Its design plan, approved at the 3 June 2026 subcommittee session, puts 424 homes in towers of 45 and 25 storeys and in 5 and 8-storey buildings, with about 1,766 sqm of retail, by Moshe Tzur Architects. The company lists the project on its own site as 'Sde Dov by Israel Brothers' with status 'future'. No prices or sales have been published.
