What a buyer from abroad should know

Nothing is published in English. The company's Hebrew site tags 'Tel Aviv · Sde Dov' as in marketing on its homepage map but has no Sde Dov project page, prices, plans or sales office (September 2026). The architect (Yashar Architects) and the building programme are reported only in the Hebrew press.

On the record

Published facts a buyer would want before signing. Each carries its source.

Labour ministry safety sanction, 2018

On 30 July 2018 the labour ministry fined the company ₪20,220 at a residential project on Taleh Street, Neve Yaakov and north Pisgat Ze'ev, Jerusalem, for failing to notify the regional labour inspector that the site's work manager had been replaced; its appeal was rejected. The database records no accidents.

Where sources disagree

Published figures that do not match. Both readings are given rather than one being chosen.

How large is Euro Israel's Sde Dov holding?

The same lot. ICE, the tender results, Project TLV and the district news site give 260; Nadlan Center's 360 is the only outlier, so this site records 260.

Who controls Euro Israel?

Two sources spell the name חורי; Calcalist's צורי differs by one Hebrew letter and most likely refers to the same person. No retrieved source gives a percentage for his current holding.

How tall is the lower building on lot 3201?

No design plan has been approved, so the final heights are not fixed.
