Ownership
A joint company of two private companies, A.A.I. Abu Residence Tel-Aviv Ltd and Tomer Coco Investments Ltd. The registry mirrors retrieved do not show shareholders. Related A.A.I. Abu companies share the Derech HaShalom 7 address, among them A.A.Y. Abu Holdings (founded 2001), A.A.I. Abu Migurim, A.A.I. Abu Netivot Project and A.A.I. Abu Megurim Sderot.
Elsewhere
  • Tomer Coco Investments: co-developer, with Gush 7093 Parcel 162 Ltd, H.M.Sh.K Properties and Investments and Issta Properties, of the Yigal Alon mixed-use plan (TA/MK/5084) at the Nahalat Yitzhak junction, Tel Aviv, heard by the planning subcommittee on 3 June 2026
  • A.A.I. Abu: registered project companies for Netivot (2024) and Sderot; no projects under these names were found in press coverage
Not to be confused with
Not the Abu family group of Ashdod (Tzahi Abu: Abu Yechiel, the TASE-listed Abu Family Migurim REIT, ticker ABOU, and related companies). No retrieved source links that group to A.A.I. Abu Residence Tel-Aviv, and the registered addresses differ (Derech HaShalom 7, Tel Aviv against HaGdud HaIvri 5, Ashdod). 'Ofek Kachol' (Blue Horizon) is the registered name of the joint company, not a marketed brand. The district news site's July 2025 architects article misprints the lot as 2246.

What a buyer from abroad should know

No English-language material on either company exists, and neither partner has a website. The only detailed public description of the lot 2226 scheme is the Hebrew municipal protocol of 3 June 2026. Nothing is being marketed.

What it paid, and for what

Every recorded acquisition in the district, with the source for each.

Timeline

Where sources disagree

Published figures that do not match. Both readings are given rather than one being chosen.

How tall are the low-rise buildings on lot 2226?

The protocol's own building table lists floor counts of 9, 45, 7, 7 and 8 for buildings A, B, B', C and D, which counts differently from its text. The tower is 45 storeys in every source.
