How projects are ranked
Budget uses the top of your band as a ceiling for the published entry price. Matches add 40 points for budget, 30 each for rooms and delivery, and 20 for building type. A recorded mismatch subtracts the same points; unknown information adds none. Your main priority breaks ties, followed by the project slug. Mixed projects can offer both towers and mid rise buildings. A developer history dated 2000 or earlier counts as established here, including a recorded parent history. This does not rate financial strength. Unknown prices stay in their own group. Delivery ranges use the later year. All projects remain visible, including weaker matches.

Questions buyers ask
Does a result mean the home is available?
No. The finder uses published starting prices and recorded room types. It cannot confirm that a home of your chosen size is still on sale or fits your budget.
Why are some prices in a separate group?
Some projects publish no starting price. We keep them visible and rank the facts we do know, without inventing a price from an average sale or a square metre rate.
Are delivery years guaranteed?
No. These are the published project targets. Where a source gives a range, the finder checks your preferred move date against the later year. Confirm the contract date.
