План TA/3700 это отдельный контурный план примерно на 1,900 дунамов побережья Тель-Авива севернее аэродрома Сде Дов, утверждённый в июле 2012 и вступивший в силу в январе 2015. Это не план самого Сде Дов; им является TA/4444. Контурный план (tochnit meta'ar) задаёт крупные цифры; поздние детальные планы делят его на комплексы и участки.
