Marlog это сокращение от merkaz logisti. Участок 306 в Эшколе это логистический хаб района плюс офисы, выигранный Pangaea Sde Dov (структура Israel Canada) на муниципальном тендере в августе 2024. Идея в том, что фургоны заканчивают путь на marlog, а не кружат по новым улицам. В прессе отмечали, что даже это здание спроектировано так, чтобы выглядеть как люксовый проект.
