Binyan mirkami это правило ступенчатого силуэта района: тканевые дома в семь-девять этажей стоят вдоль улиц, а башни в 20-45 этажей отодвинуты за ними. Улица остаётся человеческого масштаба; силуэт растёт, когда идёшь вглубь. Когда проект указывает «два 7-8-этажных здания» рядом с 34-этажной башней, эти низкие блоки и есть ткань.
