Район это не только люксовые башни. План TA/4444 предписывает примерно 6,900 единиц инклюзивного жилья: доступное, сниженная аренда, малые квартиры, долгосрочная аренда и студенческое жильё. Diur bar hasaga это более узкая формула «доступного жилья». Главный инженер города говорил, что застройщики больше не боятся этой смеси, даже в Сде Дов.
