Hagag Group is building FIRST on Central lot 2270, a sea-line plot won in February 2025: 350 homes in an ODA-designed 45-storey tower and three boutique buildings of up to nine storeys. Its design plan was approved in March 2026 and the company is working towards a building permit. After the second quarter of 2026 it had 179 homes left to sell, at an average of about ₪63,100 per sqm excluding VAT in that quarter, and Calcalist has framed the project as a concentration risk for a group whose 2025 profit rose largely on this one scheme.
