Avisror Moshe & Sons, a Beer Sheva builder founded in 1978 and listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange since 5 August 2026, is building ASHIRA: 406 homes in four buildings on Eshkol lot 101, bought for about ₪1.1B in the August 2021 tender. It received a full building permit in March 2026 and expects to complete in 2030. By its first-quarter 2026 report it had sold 127 homes, 13 of them to members of the controlling family, and it sold four homes in the first half of 2026.
