Abu-Koko (Ofek Kachol), won on 19 February 2025 for ₪554.6M plus ₪49.9M development. The Tel Aviv planning subcommittee approved the design plan on 3 June 2026: 347 homes, 258 of them in a 45-storey tower on Ibn Gvirol, with offices and ground-floor retail, designed by Moshe Tzur Architects. No marketing, prices or project website had been published by 28 September 2026.
