SEVEN SEAS is Electra Residence and Dan Real Estate's project on Central lot 2208, under 300 metres from the sea, won through Dan's subsidiary Nahor in the February 2025 tenders for ₪748.4M plus ₪59.3M development. Sales began quietly in December 2025, and by Electra's annual report 73 homes had sold for about ₪635M including VAT, at about ₪80,000 per sqm and about ₪8.7M a home on average, more than 60 per cent of them to foreign residents. The design plan, approved in May 2026, puts 437 homes in two towers of 45 and 20 storeys and a 9-storey building, with an 8-storey office building beside them.
