**Marlog**

מרלו״ג הוא קיצור של מרכז לוגיסטי. מגרש 306 באשכול הוא המוקד הלוגיסטי של הרובע ועוד משרדים, שזכתה בו Pangaea Sde Dov (זרוע של ישראל קנדה) במכרז עירוני באוגוסט 2024. הרעיון: הטנדרים מסיימים במרלו״ג במקום להסתובב ברחובות החדשים. הסיקור ציין שאפילו הבניין הזה מתוכנן להיראות כמו פרויקט יוקרה.
