**Fabric buildings**

בניין מרקמי הוא כלל קו הרקיע המדורג של הרובע: בנייני מרקם בני שבע עד תשע קומות מתיישרים לרחוב, ומגדלים בני 20-45 קומות נסוגים מאחוריהם. הרחוב נשאר בקנה מידה אנושי; קו הרקיע עולה ככל שהולכים פנימה. כשפרויקט מציין "שני בניינים בני 7-8 קומות" ליד מגדל בן 34 קומות, הבלוקים הנמוכים האלה הם המרקם.
