דירה להשכיר היא זרוע מדינה שמוציאה למכרז קרקע לדירות שחייבות להיות מושכרות לטווח ארוך, לא נמכרות. שיכון ובינוי זכתה כך במגרשי אשכול 109 (324 יחידות) ו-106 (511 יחידות); פרשקובסקי זכתה בשני מכרזי ההשכרה של 2025 (966 יחידות) עם אותה חברה. הדירות האלה אינן בשוק המכירה הפרטי.
