It is a one-third partner in ZOHI, 230 homes on Eshkol lot 110 that opened pre-sales in January 2026 and had 63 signed contracts by 30 June 2026. On its own it won Eshkol lot 303 on Ibn Gvirol in December 2024 for about ₪132M including development, for about 19,400 sqm of offices and 7,300 sqm of retail, which it plans as two low-rise office buildings over an open retail street; the lot has no public name.
