## Background

Prashkovsky's Sde Dov scheme is 966 long-term rental homes on three Central lots won on 19 February 2025 in two Dira LeHaskir tenders for ₪673.1M including development. Half the homes will be let at controlled rents for 20 years to eligible tenants and the rest at market rents, with about 10,000 sqm of retail and employment space. The company publishes the scheme on its own Sde Dov page. Design plans for lots 2102 and 2203 were approved unanimously on 21 January 2026 and for lot 2207 on 17 June 2026. None of the homes will be sold.
