The company describes two 9-storey buildings with 82 homes on the first line to the sea, designed by Moshe Tzur Architects, and lists the project as in planning with a waiting list. Calcalist reported that most of the homes belong to the company and will be sold on the open market, and that the group's bid ranked fourth before higher bidders who had won other lots were struck out.
