**PFAS**

Les composés PFAS sont l'héritage de décennies de mousse anti-incendie d'aéroport. Le ministère de l'Environnement et l'Autorité foncière d'Israël ont annoncé des constatations dans la nappe en février 2026, ouvert une voie rapide de dépollution, et mis à jour les seuils nationaux en mars 2026. Certains lots se sont révélés plus propres que d'autres ; la presse a traité un terrain propre comme un avantage commercial, et le premier procès d'acheteur pour contamination a été déposé en août 2026.
