It won Eshkol lot 305, an office and retail plot on Ibn Gvirol, in the tender published 2 December 2024 for about ₪133M plus about ₪21.7M development. The design plan, two buildings of 9 and 12 storeys by Yaski Mor Sivan Architects with about 22,000 sqm of offices and 7,600 sqm of retail, was approved on 6 May 2026; nothing on the lot is being marketed.
