Y.H. Dimri, a Tel Aviv-listed builder controlled by Yigal Dimri, bought Eshkol lot 107 from the collapsed Hanan Mor Group for ₪1.1B in July 2024 and markets it as DIMRI YAMA: 458 homes, about 1,500 sqm of retail and a 70-room business hotel, from ₪3.75M since December 2025. By 30 June 2026 it had sold 40 homes, four of them to the Dimri family, with no net sales in the second quarter, and it expects the remaining stock to sell at about ₪62,000 per sqm. It also won North lot 3210, 275 homes, for ₪450M plus development in March 2025; that lot was still in planning in July 2026 and has no public name.
