On 26 March 2025 a group led through Nachshon Kiviti Ltd won seafront North lot 3105 for ₪181.2M plus ₪11.4M development; the land belongs to 62 private partners and B.S.R. manages planning, licensing and construction for them. The design plan, two 9-storey buildings with 62 homes by Mann-Shinar Architects, was approved on 15 July 2026, and Kiviti said no apartments will be marketed.
