El plan TA/3700 es un plan de directrices independiente para unos 1,900 dunams de costa de Tel Aviv al norte del aeródromo de Sde Dov, aprobado en julio de 2012 y en vigor desde enero de 2015. No es el plan propio de Sde Dov; ese es TA/4444. Un plan de conjunto (tochnit meta'ar) fija las grandes cifras; planes detallados posteriores lo dividen en complejos y parcelas.
