Los urbanistas israelíes usan rova para un distrito de ciudad. Rova Sde Dov es el nombre oficial y comercial del barrio de unos 1,300 dunams que sustituye al aeropuerto Dov Hoz. Cuando un folleto dice "el distrito", se refiere a esta unidad, no a una torre o a un complejo.
