Marlog es la abreviatura de merkaz logisti. La parcela 306 en Eshkol es el centro logístico del distrito más oficinas, ganado por Pangaea Sde Dov (un vehículo de Israel Canada) en una licitación municipal en agosto de 2024. La idea: las furgonetas terminan en el marlog en lugar de circular por las calles nuevas. La prensa señaló que incluso este edificio está diseñado para parecer un proyecto de lujo.
