Binyan mirkami es la regla de skyline escalonado del distrito: edificios de tejido de siete a nueve plantas bordean las calles, con torres de 20-45 plantas retranqueadas detrás. La calle se queda a escala humana; el skyline se alza a medida que se camina hacia el interior. Cuando un proyecto lista "dos edificios de 7-8 plantas" junto a una torre de 34, esos bloques bajos son el tejido.
