**חצר בזיקת הנאה**

Hatzer be'zikat hana'a es un patio que pertenece al edificio pero gravado con una servidumbre pública, para que la manzana no sea un recinto cerrado. Los urbanistas llaman a la red de manzanas abiertas que resulta "lujo sin muros". Para un comprador, eso quiere decir que el jardín forma parte del proyecto y también de un barrio caminable, no de un enclave vallado.
