En una operación en combinación, la promotora construye sobre suelo privado y el propietario recibe una parte de las viviendas terminadas en lugar de un precio de suelo en efectivo. El triunfo de Dan Real Estate en marzo de 2025 sobre suelo privado (260 viviendas) se describe como una operación en combinación.
