Sorrento it won Eshkol lot 302 in the tender published 2 December 2024, for about ₪87.2M plus about ₪75.7M development. The design plan approved on 4 March 2026 is a 40-storey tower combining a business hotel and 19 office floors, joined to a 6-storey office building, by Yaski Mor Sivan Architects; neither the hotel room count nor an operator has been confirmed. With Chen & Itai Gindi it lost an appeal against the Central district plan in February 2025.
