# Sde Dov apartments by size: what each one costs

> The registry recorded 198 sales of two to five-room homes in the district between 6 June 2026 and 5 August 2026. The table sets what they closed at beside what developers publish for each size and the Tax Authority's average. Every project named here stands on the former airport land and is identified by its plan lot.

## How to read the three columns

A recorded sale is what a buyer paid, as reported to the Israel Tax Authority and published on GovMap. A published price is what a developer asked on a given date, usually for the cheapest home of that size. The Tax Authority average covers every sale in the district to March 2026, with option deals excluded. The three measure different things, so each page keeps them apart.
